  18. <p>     Since there aren't any classes on how to be a princess,
  19. Japan's Kiko Kawashima, 23, has been tutored on the subject at
  20. the Imperial Court. Shy Kiko, a graduate student of psychology
  21. at a Tokyo university, is engaged to Emperor Akihito's youngest
  22. son, Prince Aya, who is second in line to the Chrysanthemum
  23. Throne. The commoner quickly learned one lesson in royal
  24. formality. When the imperial household sent its messenger to
  25. notify Kiko and her family that June 29 had been chosen for the
  26. wedding day, she replied, "I humbly accept the message."
